an appeal of the Placer County Planning Commission approval of a revised grading plan for the Rancho Del Oro Estates subdivision in Granite Bay will be heard by the Board of Supervisors. The appeal challenges inadequate mitigation fees for heritage oak trees and oak woodlands and failure by Planning Staff to provide substantial evidence supporting their statement of fact that the new grading proposal will have the same or fewer impacts as those identified over a decade ago.
