Residential Re-ZoningSeveral projects in Granite Bay have been proposed that require AMENDMENTS to our General Plan, and ZONING CHANGES. Please educate yourselves about these projects... if they set a precedent in the next 6-12 months for denser housing and loss of agricultural zoning, all acreage in Granite Bay will become fair game for subdivision and re-zoning.
