History

Picture
Our mission is to promote responsible, compatible development in Granite Bay that serves the needs of our community.  We work to insure that development and redevelopment activities are done in accordance with the Granite Bay Community Plan (GBCP), Placer County General Plan and the Placer County Land Development Ordinance.

Our objectives include:
Inform and educate the Granite Bay property owners of policies and proposals that are inconsistent with the Granite Bay Community Plan approved 2012.

Organize and deploy defense measures to protect the community’s unique rural attributes from development that violates the GBCP and diminishes the Granite Bay community's environmental characteristics.
